This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using services provided by Orbi Hosting. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to you, your sub-accounts and your end users. Breach of this AUP may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

You must not use the Services to store, host, transmit or link to any content or to carry out any activity that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive or that we reasonably consider abusive.
2. Prohibited content and activity
- Illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Child sexual abuse material, or any content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Malware, viruses, phishing, or content designed to deceive or defraud.
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence or hatred.
- Unlicensed distribution of copyrighted material (including pirated software, media or game files).

3. Network and resource abuse

- You must secure your applications and keep software up to date; compromised accounts may be suspended to protect the platform.
4. Game servers
Game server hosting must comply with the relevant game's terms and must not be used to host cheats, exploits, or content that breaches this AUP. You are responsible for any content and conduct on servers you operate.
5. Reporting and enforcement
You can report suspected abuse to [Company Email]. We may investigate suspected breaches and, depending on severity, may remove content, throttle or suspend a Service, or terminate the account. Where we can, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy, but urgent or serious issues (for example ongoing attacks or illegal content) may require immediate action.
6. Cooperation with law enforcement
We may report unlawful activity to, and cooperate with, the relevant authorities.
